Where We Ship
We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses are not served. Availability of a country in the address selector does not indicate that shipping is offered there.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders. No expedited service is offered.
Handling & Transit Time
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start date; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee.
Order Cut-off & Business Days
The daily cut-off is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and unaffected by daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 7:00 PM on a business day enter the handling period that day. Orders placed at or after 7:00 PM, on weekends or on holidays enter the handling period on the next business day. Transit time is counted after dispatch.
