Care for your tool

Brush dust out of the rail. Wipe the TPR grip with mild soapy water on a cloth and dry the entire tool; do not immerse.

Safe use & blade replacement

Use a cutting mat and cut away from your body. Keep fingers clear of the cutting path. Extend only the blade needed for the task. Retract, fold or cap the blade before storage. Keep away from children. Replace damaged blades and place used blades in a suitable puncture-resistant container. Never use a blade as a pry bar.

Use only a replacement matching the listed blade format and the tool’s fitting. Retract or cover the edge and follow the tool’s mechanism when replacing. For snap-off blades, use a suitable blade snapper and eye protection.

Delivery & returns

Free standard delivery to all 50 U.S. states and DC. Handling: 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Cut-off: 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round. At or after cut-off, weekends and U.S. federal holidays, processing begins the next business day.

Request returns within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, original and complete; customer pays return shipping to France. We cover return shipping for our error, damage, defects or incorrect items; ordinary condition rules do not prevent those claims. No restocking fee. Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
